 Returns & Exchanges

 

At Wrapinfur, your satisfaction matters to us. If you’re not happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

 When Are Returns Accepted?

 

We accept returns or exchanges within 10 days of delivery in the following cases :-

 

  • The product is unused and unwashed
  • The customer does not like the quality
  • The product is defective or damaged
  • The product received is incorrect

 

Important: The product must be returned in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

 When Returns Are Not Accepted

 

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if:

  1. The product has been used, worn, washed, or altered
  2. Tags or original packaging are missing
  3. There are pet hair, stains, odors, or damage caused after delivery
  4. The return request is raised after 10 days of delivery

 

 Quality Dissatisfaction

 

If you feel the quality did not meet your expectations, you may request a return or exchange, provided:

  • The product is unused
  • The request is raised within the return window

We believe in fair evaluation and always aim for a smooth resolution 

 

 Defective or Damaged Products

 

If you receive a defective or damaged item :-

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share clear photos or videos of the issue

Once verified, we will offer :-

  1. A replacement, or
  2. A refund / store credit, based on availability and your preference

 Return Pickup & Processing

  • Reverse pickup will be arranged after approval
  • Once received and inspected, the return/exchange will be processed within 7–10 working days

 Refunds

  1. Approved refunds will be issued as store credit or original payment method, depending on the case
  2. Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the product is defective
