Shipping Policy

Shipping Office:

We ship worldwide. All our orders are processed from our central warehouse in Noida, India.

 

Shipping Fee:

On Prepaid orders shipping is free. On COD orders ₹80 shipping fee is applicable. On Express orders ₹400 shipping fee is applicable. On International orders shipping fee is calculated based on your location. We may change our shipping policy from time to time, in case of any changes, our website policies will be updated.

For any locations termed as "ODL"( Out of Delivery Location) by our courier partners, additional shipping fee may be applicable and will be collected from the buyer before dispatch.

 

Order Status:

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking link on the registered email ID. Please note that it may take 24-48 hours for tracking updates to appear on the logistics partner's website.

Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
Express Shipping: 2–5 business days
International Shipping: 7–21 business days (varies by destination)

 

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs delays or carrier issues.

 

Post dispatch, delivery takes 4-6 working days anywhere in India. While logistics on ground is not in our direct control, in case of any delays we will try our best to coordinate with our shipping partners to ensure a seamless delivery to you.

 

Please note, during sale events or within 3 days of a new collection launch you may experience a 3-5 delay in receiving your order.
